5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Requests after this period are not eligible for a refund due to reserved scheduling. You may transfer scheduled services to another date subject to availability. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. 5.2 Information Products
Since digital materials are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience issues accessing purchased files, please reach out via our contact form for assistance.
5.3 Goods
For printed materials, you may request a refund for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in their original condition.
